Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Copclub! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions governing our refund and exchange policy.


Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, refunds and exchanges will not be provided.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Additional Notes:

  • Refunds are only available for items sold at regular price. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the value of the return will be provided.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us via email at copclubpt@gmail.com and send the item to the provided address.


Goods Not Covered

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

For late or missed refunds:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing may take additional time.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at copclubpt@gmail.com.

Shipping

  • Products must not be returned to the manufacturer. Return items should be sent to the specified address provided upon initiating the return process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items; it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
